Zimbabwe Cricket Team: History, Home Grounds and How to Follow Them Live
Zimbabwe are rebuilding their cricket and still produce players who can win a match on their own.
Who they are
Zimbabwe became a Test nation in 1992. The team has had strong years and hard years, and is now focused on giving young players a chance.
Governing body and nickname
Zimbabwe is run by Zimbabwe Cricket. The team is often called the Chevrons.
Home grounds
Zimbabwe play at Harare Sports Club and the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
Major titles
Zimbabwe have not won a major ICC trophy but have beaten bigger teams in World Cup matches.
What to watch for
Watch for a good bowling day or one big innings from the top order, since that is how Zimbabwe usually win.
How to follow them live
When Zimbabwe play, the match appears on the Crease live page with ball by ball updates, the scorecard and the result as soon as it is final. Check the schedule page for the next fixture and the results page for the last one. Squads and records change, so confirm the latest on the official board site.
